It wasn't really an idea. It actually happened.
Our medical system was great but now you get into an ambulance with something really hurting, you sit down, wait 20minutes and then a nurse appears and the first thing, before she knows whats your disease she asks you for 10euros. While you sitting there and having really trouble dealing with the pain.
Thats kinda annoying, and thats the way the picture was made. The Sentence under the picture is an PR Comerical for bringin our country back together. Now I used as a bad term, with a bittersweet aftertaste. Its a bit zynic, too.
